A18.5 PairWise Ranking Matrix for Issues

A18.5 provides an initial ranking of the Issues you listed in A18.4. These items are presented to you in a comparative matrix. The matrix allows you to evaluate the relative importance or ranking of each issue in relationship to the other issues you have listed. As you refine the priority of each item relative to the other items the program automatically updates and re-ranks the list. The result is a final ranking of the issues you have identified in order of priority.
