A15.4 Planned Performance: Review, Redirection and Development
Periodic progress reviews are an important part of managing your employees. The Planned Performance: Review, Redirection and Development form helps you and your supervisors make the most of employee reviews. The form guides a supervisor through a review of an employee's performance and helps guide the creation of future development plans. Once the supervisor and the employee have agreed to the recorded comments and development plan, the form becomes a permanent record of the review. Using this form helps ensure that everyone understands what is expected of an employee and it provides critical documentation if there are questions at a later date.
