A15.2 Employee Reimbursement Form
Employee Reimbursement Forms help you better track and manage staff reimbursement requests. There are two ways to use this page. One way is to give employees a copy of the computer spreadsheet file so that they can fill it out electronically before printing and submitting it. Giving employees the computer file lets the form do the math, reducing errors and improving the accuracy of your accounting records. The other way is to print out blank forms and issue them to your employees as they need them. Of course, you can also use both approaches together depending on the needs of your individual employees.
