A15.1 Hourly Employee Time Sheet

Hourly employee timesheet forms help you better track and manage the work of your hourly staff. There are two ways to use this page. One way is to give employees a copy of the computer spreadsheet file so that they can fill it out electronically before printing and submitting it. Giving employees the computer file lets the form do the math, reducing errors and improving the accuracy of your payroll records. The other way is to print out blank forms and issue them to your employees as they need them. Of course, you can also use both approaches together depending on the needs of your individual employees.

The yellow areas on the form are for recording daily hours and notes. If used on a computer, the form calculates all the daily and weekly totals. After the completed forms have been used for making your payroll entries you can file the forms as backup for your payroll entries.
