C4.3 Annual Customer Usage Data and Rate Applications

In order to see the impact proposed rates will have on your system revenues as well as the impact they will have on individual users, you need to apply the proposed rates to actual historical customer data. C4.3 is where you place your historical customer data. The Rate Implementation programs use the data to provide specific examples of the results of rate changes.

Once the historical customer data is put into the spreadsheet, you use C4.3 to select which rates to apply to which customers. You can add customer data individually or your can export data from your existing customer database and import it into C4.3.
