C4.2 Rate Structure

After developing a rate structure, it is often useful to compare new proposed rate levels with the existing rate levels they would replace. C4.2 allows you to compare a proposed rate to an existing rate and see the differences between them. The worksheet supports up to three different comparisions.

This worksheet also shows an example of the built-in help found on many WATER Power Tools™ programs.
