	FINANCIAL Capacity Page C4.1 Rate Query and Analysis by Customer After importing actual customer usage data into C4.3, you can use C4.1 to select individual customers and view their current rate structure and the impact of a proposed rate structure. C4.1 is a only a view screen. Selecting actual and proposed rates for individual customers is done in C4.3.
