C3.0 Water Rate Development System

The Water Rate Development System menu accesses a set of spreadsheets which allow you to model and compare up to sixteen different rate structures. This tool is useful for the early planning stages of a rate setting process. Once a few rates are determined in this modeling system, they may be applied to the Rate Implementation Model (C4.0) to see the actual impact on your customers.
