The first step in developing an accurate impact fee analysis is indentifying the overall water production within your system. C10.1 provides a quick and easy tool for entering and analyzing the most recent 12 months of water source production within your system. Once this data is in place, you are ready to move to C10.2, the Impact Fee Analysis.
